Every bottle ships from Amazon's US warehouses in its own striped gift box.

Where we ship

Within the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

Delivery

While checkout takes place on Amazon, delivery times and costs are Amazon's, shown in your Amazon cart before you pay. Prime members get Prime delivery. To send a gift straight to the person, enter their address at checkout; the gift box inside stays a surprise.

Wrong letter or damaged bottle

Email info@brevasoap.com with your Amazon order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right. You can also use Amazon's "Return or replace items" on your order.

Returns

Returns go through your Amazon order and follow Amazon's return policy. For hygiene reasons, opened soap can't be resold.
